We have made the difficult decision to discontinue our Star Rewards program, effective May 1, 2024. Thank you all for your participation over the years. Sadly, the cost of running an official program like this has increased to the point that as a small business we can no longer afford to support it. 

What now?

Customers with an outstanding rewards balance as of this date will receive an email that includes a discount code roughly equivalent to your available points (we ask for your patience, as this will be a manual, labor-intensive process). For those who prefer to shop in-store, we will keep a note on file -- though a reminder at checkout is always appreciated.

Please note that the excellent service you have always received at Stars Hollow Yarns will not change. We may have discontinued this official rewards program, but rest assured that our appreciation for this community has not wavered. We will do everything in our power to show you how grateful we are for your continued loyalty and support.
