Classes & Events
Our Winter 2025 Class Schedule is here! We refer to this period as selfish knitting (or crochet!) season because now that your holiday fiber crafting projects are behind you, it’s time to create something for yourself. It’s also the time of year for resolutions and picking up a new hobby, learning a new technique, connecting with your community or completing a project are all great ways to start 2025!
We have a wide range of project based classes on deck this winter that cover on trend techniques - like stranded colorwork, mosaic knitting, crocheting granny squares and knitting with beads! We are also introducing a new “Beyond Basics” series that is designed for students who have completed one of our beginner classes and now want to take the skills they learned and use them to create a project. These sessions are also perfect for anyone who wants to dust off their hooks or needles after a pause, or simply want to complete a quick and gratifying project!
Finally, we have new winter dates available for our beginner classes and our help sessions, called “Stitch Clinics” - including a brand new weekly Sunday session with Liz Curtis!

Our classes are geared toward creating community, providing a welcoming, relaxed atmosphere for makers at all skill levels. Expand your knowledge base and learn more about the health benefits of handcrafting while sharing a few laughs. We invite you to join us on this journey.
Weather permitting, classes will be held outside...bring a sweater! If you don’t see us in The Studio, look for us in the backyard…either on the patio, or in the Adirondack chairs under the apple trees. (The Studio is the smaller building just to the right of the main shop.)
