The wood that Hannah uses is sustainably harvested and local to Pennsylvania (as is she)! Each button is cut out with a laser, then sanded and oiled by hand. Hannah uses boiled linseed oil, a classic finish for wood that seals the wood and brings out its own naturally beautiful color. The wood grain of each button differs - that's one of the beautiful things about working with a natural material...each one is unique!
